Where can I see products or fabrics and colours before buying?
If you are in Glasgow, Edinburgh—or most areas of central Scotland—we can arrange to show you products, or to let you see the fabric and wood choices so that you can choose the colours and textures that suit you best. Please call 0141 530 1540 or send a message.
How do I check availability?
We keep a range of products in stock. Any item that is available for on-line purchase is available for delivery in the time shown. For larger items such as electrically-adjustable desks, please contact us, so that we can let you know when the item will be available.
I do not have a payment card, or I am buying for a company, can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, please choose bank transfer as your payment type at checkout.
Can you supply products not listed on this website?
We can supply all products from the manufacturers listed, and other products designed to make the workplace more comfortable. Please ask us for a price if there is a product you are looking for.
What is the cost of delivery?
UK delivery is always free.
Are all products on this website tested for domestic fire standards?
Varier products are tested for Crib 5 fire standards and are suitable for domestic use. All other furniture products have been tested for commercial areas only and are intended for use in commercial office environments.
Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, please get in touch to let us know what you wish to order and where you are located so that we can advise you of any additional delivery cost.

Shipping times and terms of business
When will my order arrive?
Every item that is available for on-line purchase states the delivery time in working days beside the price. That means if you order on a working day, most items should reach you either the next working day or in 7 working days. If you are in Glasgow—or some areas of central Scotland—we might even manage to deliver your order on the same day.
For larger items and special order items not available for on-line purchase, please contact us so that we can let you know when the item will be available.
Will I receive a VAT receipt?
You will receive an emailed receipt when you order and a VAT Receipt upon request.
How do I make a return?
If you buy a product on our website, you have 14 days in which to return the item for exchange or refund. Please send an email or call us so that we can let you know how to make the return. Items should be in perfect condition and in the original packaging so that they arrive back with us in their original condition.
Some items will come with a return label, which means you will be able to return the item free of charge, but normally you will need to arrange to the return the item at your expense.
Products that are not listed on our website and which have been made to your specification will have been ordered from the manufacturer as a special order, so we cannot accept returns on these items.
Customer information is collected only for the purpose of processing your order and keeping you informed about our products. This information is kept confidential and is not shared.
If we send you any information by email after your order, you will always have the opportunity to unsubscribe.
